Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on weekend availability.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service quality.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or call center environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating various software applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
