Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using CRM tools and knowledge base resources
- Document interactions accurately in our ticketing system while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for resolution time, customer satisfaction, and first-contact resolution
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through feedback and suggestions
- Complete mandatory training programs to stay current on products and services
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a remote or contact center environment
- Proficient in typing (40+ WPM) with strong written communication skills
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and ticketing systems
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to internet connectivity and basic software
- Flexible schedule availability for weekend shifts (8 AM - 6 PM CST)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace with reliable internet connection
- Background check and drug screening required
