Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues by identifying root causes and providing accurate solutions.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining data integrity in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to management when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide consistent support.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous call center experience is a plus.
- Must reside in Columbus, OH or surrounding area for onboarding/training.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems quickly.
- Must be available to work a set schedule, including weekends or evenings if required.
