Responsibilities

- Document all interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining data integrity standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate unresolved issues and implement process improvements
- Meet/exceed KPIs including CSAT scores, first-contact resolution rates, and average handle time
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities and recommend relevant product solutions
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain product expertise and service excellence
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience in remote or call center environments
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding customer satisfaction metrics
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and ticketing systems
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral, clear articulation
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with demonstrated time management in independent work settings
- High-speed internet connection and dedicated quiet workspace
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays with flexible weekday availability for meetings
