Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Update customer records accurately in the CRM database after every interaction.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies, scripts, and quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and reduce call handling times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is highly desirable.
- Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM) and computer proficiency.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and handle difficult situations with empathy.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) as required.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
