Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with patience and empathy.
- Resolve complex customer issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective, sustainable solutions.
- Accurately document all interactions and customer feedback into our CRM system (Salesforce/Zendesk).
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer needs are met post-interaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Identify and escalate trends or recurring issues to management to help improve our service delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, courteous tone.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively during peak hours.
- Proficiency with computer systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
