Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve product or service issues efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team leads or management.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve service processes and customer experience.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or call center environments is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Proficiency with computers and typing (minimum 40 words per minute).
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
