Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while adhering to company scripts and policies.
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or technical team.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace are mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
- No prior call center experience required; paid training provided for the right candidate.
