Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
