Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls regarding products, orders, and account inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Accurately log all customer interactions and transaction details into the CRM database.
- Verify customer information and process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to policy.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate answers.
- Escalate complex issues to the Team Lead or Supervisor when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Strong typing speed (minimum 40 wpm) and computer proficiency.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
