Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction rates
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system and update customer records
- Collaborate with team members to address complex customer needs
- Meet and exceed performance metrics including call handling time and resolution rates
- Actively promote additional products/services to enhance customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (training provided)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
