Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve billing and service issues using CRM tools while maintaining 95% satisfaction rate
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex account problems
- Document all interactions in Salesforce with precision and attention to detail
- Meet/exceed weekly performance metrics including call quality and resolution times
- Participate in monthly cross-functional training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office suite
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills with proven de-escalation techniques
- Ability to maintain composure during peak hours and handle 3+ tasks simultaneously
- Strong typing skills (45+ WPM) and bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Available for flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
