Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and first-contact resolution
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer value
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine product knowledge
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Typing speed 40+ WPM with high accuracy
- NYC residency required (commute to Manhattan office)
