Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound customer calls daily via phone and digital channels
- Resolve billing inquiries, product issues, and service complaints with empathy
- Document all interactions in Salesforce CRM with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for CSAT (90%+), FCR (85%+), and AHT (6 min)
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine product knowledge
- Identify upsell opportunities for premium service packages
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2B/B2C environments
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Exceptional active listening and de-escalation skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts (including weekends)
- Clear, professional communication in English (Spanish fluency a plus)
- Passion for helping others and problem-solving
