Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while adhering to company protocols and SLAs
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer issues
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote relevant products/services
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT, FCR, and call volume targets
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Spanish bilingual skills highly desirable
- Positive attitude and resilience in handling challenging customer scenarios
