Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound calls daily with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and billing
- Document interactions accurately in CRM system while meeting SLAs
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain 95%+ quality assurance scores
- Participate in weekly training for product knowledge enhancement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Flexible availability during business hours (8am-6pm)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must reside within 30 miles of Wichita
