Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our brand, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of care and support.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and questions efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account updates in our CRM database.

Qualifications
