Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Build strong rapport with customers to ensure satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Resolve complex issues and escalate tickets to management when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Provide product information and process returns or exchanges according to company policy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or call center environments preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
