Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and account information accurately using our CRM software.
- Document all interactions and ensure data integrity within our internal systems.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve processes and address recurring issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
