Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions with patience and empathy.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM database.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for the right candidates.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to type 35 WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
