Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM database.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
- Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) by meeting or exceeding quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex escalated issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Stable work history and excellent attendance record.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
