As a Call Center Representative, you will be the voice of our brand, assisting customers with their inquiries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Participate in our comprehensive paid training program to master call handling.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve call quality and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult situations.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment if remote.
