Responsibilities
- Answer high-volume incoming and outgoing customer calls regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive, professional tone.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM database.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, and technical troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
- Reliable transportation and availability for the scheduled shift.
