Responsibilities

- Problem Resolution: Analyze complex customer issues and provide accurate, timely solutions to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and comments within our CRM system.
- Upsell & Cross-sell: Identify opportunities to suggest additional products or services that meet the customer's needs.
- Feedback Analysis: Monitor customer feedback and communicate trends or recurring issues to management to help improve service protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team leads and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone to different customer personas.
- Computer Proficiency: Must be comfortable navigating multiple computer applications and CRM software simultaneously.
- Reliability: Proven ability to work full-time hours with a consistent attendance record.
- Location: Must reside within the state of Illinois.
