- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve product-related questions with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful tone in every written interaction.
- Collaborate with the backend team to escalate complex issues and suggest product improvements.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM database.
- Adhere to company scripts and quality assurance standards during every shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or tech support (remote or onsite).
- Must have a stable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
