Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Accurately enter and update customer data into our CRM database to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to senior management when necessary.
- Provide detailed product and service information to help customers make informed decisions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to company policies during every interaction.
- Assist with order processing, returns, and account management as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and professional tone.
- Strong computer proficiency, including typing speed and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to remain calm and patient in high-pressure situations.
- Reliable transportation to the Washington, DC office.
