Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with the support team and other departments to escalate complex issues effectively.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, representing the brand at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred (entry-level candidates with strong soft skills considered).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
