Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting and explaining the best solution.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in our internal CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable internet connection (if remote) and a quiet workspace.
