- Accurately process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates using our CRM software.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all customer interactions and transactions in the database.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and relay suggestions for process improvements to management.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards during every interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; some college or vocational training is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for motivated candidates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen actively.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while staying calm under pressure.
- Proficiency with computers and standard software (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace (if remote) or willingness to commute to our New Orleans office.
