Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications accurately.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members or supervisors.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong computer literacy and typing speed (minimum 35 WPM).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
