- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Process Orders: Assist customers with product orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the support team to share insights and improve service processes.
- Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to management regarding common customer issues and product concerns.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with computers, MS Office, and CRM software.
- Reliability: Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends or evenings as required.
- Location: Must be located in or willing to commute to Pennsylvania.
