Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a focus on rapid resolution.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and issue resolutions in the CRM database.
- Provide technical assistance and product information to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering) to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or upsell opportunities.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company policies, procedures, and product updates.
- Adhere to quality assurance standards and KPI metrics set by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Business or Communications preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, professional, and friendly tone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Salesforce or Zendesk is a plus).
- Must be willing to commute to our San Francisco office or work on-site as required.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
