Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately.
- Document all interactions and transactions in our CRM database.
- Identify trends in customer feedback to help improve service quality.
- Collaborate with team leads to achieve daily and monthly KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for top candidates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating web-based platforms.
- Ability to type 40+ WPM and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Must reside in the Jacksonville, FL or Georgia area.
