Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently with empathy and professionalism
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems

- Meet/exceed performance metrics (e.g., CSAT, resolution time)
- Adhere to company policies and compliance standards

Qualifications
