Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries across billing, technical support, and service accounts
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems with precise details
- Meet/exceed weekly performance metrics for call quality and resolution rates
- Collaborate with weekend team leads to escalate complex issues effectively
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data and company information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience required
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stress environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work Saturdays/Sundays (6am-6pm shifts)
