Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing inquiries, product issues, and service disruptions efficiently

Qualifications

- Available to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-6PM)
