Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for call resolution, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and adherence
- Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed case notes in compliance protocols
- Collaborate with virtual teams to escalate complex issues and improve service quality
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and communication skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly
