Responsibilities

- Resolve customer issues and escalations efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details in the CRM system.
- Proactively identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or products.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company policies and product knowledge.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
- Basic typing skills (40+ WPM) and proficiency with Windows/Mac OS.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to convey complex information simply.
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
