Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Document cases in CRM system with detailed notes and resolution steps
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex technical issues
- Conduct product training sessions for new customers
- Analyze support trends to identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain accurate knowledge base articles and FAQ documents
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in customer support or technical support role
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk/Jira)
- Associate degree or equivalent certification
