Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat with 95%+ satisfaction ratings
- Resolve technical inquiries and troubleshoot software issues using Zendesk and diagnostic tools
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate critical bugs and feature requests
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge base articles for self-service support
- Analyze customer feedback trends to identify product improvement opportunities
- Mentor new support agents on company protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer support experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and ticketing systems
