Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve technical inquiries and troubleshoot product issues efficiently
- Document interactions and maintain accurate CRM records
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate complex issues
- Identify process improvements to enhance customer experience
- Support new customer onboarding and training initiatives

Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer support or technical support role
- Proven experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
