Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rates
- Document cases accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed knowledge base entries
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex product issues
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities during client interactions
- Contribute to process improvements by analyzing support metrics
- Mentor new team members on best practices and tools
- Attend weekly training sessions to master product updates
Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer support or B2B client-facing roles
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with empathy-driven approach
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
- Spanish fluency is highly desirable
- Experience with ticketing systems and SLA management
- Strong problem-solving with analytical mindset
