Responsibilities
- Resolve technical and billing inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ customer satisfaction
- Document cases in CRM systems while maintaining precise records and escalations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve systemic issues and improve workflows
- Develop product expertise through continuous training and knowledge base contributions
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and propose service enhancements
- Maintain SLA adherence with average response time under 2 minutes
- Support onboarding of new clients with personalized orientation sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years in high-volume technical customer support or SaaS environment
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience with diagnostic tools and remote troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during complex escalations
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency highly valued
- Working knowledge of ITIL or similar service management frameworks
