Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Document support cases in Salesforce with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate technical issues
- Proactively identify trends to improve product usability
- Maintain expert knowledge of SaaS platform features
- Conduct quarterly training sessions for new clients
- Support product launches with enhanced documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer support or B2B tech environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
- Spanish fluency is a plus
