Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex product issues
- Identify trends in customer feedback to drive service improvements
- Train customers on product features and best practices
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) and resolution rates
- Participate in continuous training to stay updated on product knowledge
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer support experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Associate degree or equivalent technical certification preferred
- Experience working with remote support tools like TeamViewer
- Spanish bilingual skills highly desirable
