Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining accurate case histories
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex product issues
- Identify upsell opportunities through proactive customer engagement
- Maintain product knowledge through continuous training modules
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for efficiency gains
- Support high-volume periods during product launches or promotions
Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer support or related service role
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk/Jira)
