Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Document interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate case records
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
- Maintain deep product knowledge through continuous training
- Support new customer onboarding and account setup
- Generate monthly performance reports and insights
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer support experience in B2B/B2C environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with data-driven approach
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Relevant certification (e.g., HDI, CCXP) preferred
- Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
