Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support across multiple channels including phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues and product inquiries with speed and accuracy
- Document interactions and maintain detailed records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate critical issues
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain expert knowledge of product features and company policies
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer support experience in a tech environment
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Exceptional communication skills with empathy and patience
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification preferred
