Qualifications
- 1+ years B2B customer support experience in SaaS/tech
- Expertise in Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Spanish fluency required (written/spoken)
- Proven ability to resolve 50+ cases weekly
- Strong analytical skills for pattern recognition
- Google Analytics certification preferred
