Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Document cases in Zendesk while maintaining accurate SLA metrics
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex technical issues
- Train customers on product features through personalized onboarding
- Analyze support trends to identify product improvement opportunities
- Maintain expert knowledge of SaaS platform updates and policies
Qualifications
- 2+ years in technical customer support or related field
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Zendesk/Salesforce) and remote communication
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
- Ability to multitask across channels while maintaining composure
- High school diploma; associate's degree preferred
- Experience with SaaS/tech products strongly preferred
